Before making a hiring decision, we invite qualified candidates to spend 4–8 hours with our team.

This gives you an opportunity to see how we work, meet our technicians, experience our culture, and ask questions.

It also gives us an opportunity to see how you work and interact with the team.

We provide a $100 gas card as a thank-you for your time.

There is no expectation that you accept a position simply because you spend the day with us.

Monday–Friday.

7:30 AM–4:00 PM.

No weekends.

We believe automotive professionals have an obligation to tell customers the truth.

That means we don't manufacture work, exaggerate problems, or pressure customers into repairs they don't need.

If a component is safe and serviceable, that's what we tell the customer.

We want our technicians to be able to stand behind their recommendations.

WE INVEST IN TECHNICIANS

Automotive technology changes constantly. We expect our technicians to keep learning—and we invest in that expectation.

Beachlers pays for approved continuing education and pays our technicians for their training time.

We also work to provide the diagnostic equipment necessary to properly diagnose the domestic and Asian vehicles we service.

We don't expect you to be an expert on everything. We expect you to be willing to learn.
