Culture & Job Shadow Before making a hiring decision, we invite qualified candidates to spend 4–8 hours with our team. This gives you an opportunity to see how we work, meet the people you'd be working with, experience our culture, and ask questions. It also gives us an opportunity to see how you work and interact with the team. We provide a $100 gas card as a thank-you for your time. There is no expectation that you accept a position simply because you spend the day with us.
Monday–Friday. 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. No weekends. We believe you can be serious about your career without giving up your life outside of work.
